Principal/Employers’ Responsibility

In the domain of manpower trade, as it is being carried on, the esteemed employer / principal do have some responsibilities to be discharged at his end to facilitate the deal to go on.

The principle/employer submits workforce requirement with proper job letter for procurement of Visa. Early obtaining of the same, however, depends, to an extent, on the employers’ persuasion. Omex Company Ltd.s representatives are in most cases available to assist the esteemed principal at his end in this regard. Then the principal is required to process the following in favour of Omex Company Ltd..

Power of Attorney

The principal would furnish a Power of Attorney duly authorizing Omex Company Ltd. to carry on supply of manpower from Bangladesh or any other source as the case may be.

The Power of Attorney must be endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of employment as well as attested by the embassy of the source country there.

List of workers by Job Title

Such list required to be furnished in the same words as put in the original visa documents with mention of salary of the required personnel and endorsed by the chamber of Commerce & Industry. Now, this together with the Power of Attorney and the Employment Agreement in a set accompanied by a copy of original visa advice may be placed to the Labour Attaché of the embassy of the source country in the country of employment for formal confirmation of the authenticity of demand.

Employment Agreement

Employers having their own forms of terms and conditions of agreement in general have to make a formal placing for acceptance by the state of the employees.

Obligation

Employer and employee both are naturally required to abide by the exact terms & conditions of the employment contact executed between them. Anything untoward or beyond that such as in respect of salary, food, accommodation, transportation thus should not be assumed to be honoured.
